I didn't know Bomberman was coming to the Wii. I read about it tonight and it is also coming to Wiiware. What a great idea.
I don't know what the difference is between the retail version and the Wiiware version but as far as I know the Wiiware version will be multiplayer. I presume that the retail version will have a single player mode, but I've never bothered wth that in a Bomberman game.
I would dowload the Wiiware version if I knew friends had it too otherwise I would make do with the XBLA version. Although it would be cool to see your Mii running around planting the bombs.

Yeah I have to say I love bomberman and it would be great for the wii its just i dont play wii games online so I probably wouldnt bother.
Good news for Wii owners with nothing to buy on the system. The Bomberman game on WiiWare looks like it is finally getting ready for release. Sounds good too with 8 player online multiplayer and the integration of Miis.
I'll probably download it now that I don't have the XBLA version anymore.

This game is out today on WiiWare for 1,000 points.
I'd say it is one of the better games on WiiWare and I loved the XBLA version. I don't see myself buying this version anytime soon. It is really a timing issue. I think they have released it at a bad time as there are a good few big games coming up. Recently I bought Wipeout HD and Pro Evo and LBP are coming soon.
They should have released during the summer with less competition from other formats.
