Just picked this game up at the weekend, and the first thing i noticed was a new tactic of money grabbing. the moment you enter the disc into the xbox your brought to a screen advising you to go to xbox live marketplace to download new content, this new content is not free. i think its a scam to just get more money, gamers hand over more than 70 bobs and then asked to hand over more for content that should be in the game in the firstplace. Now i understand if a game has being out 4 or 5 months and the release new game packs just to try keep the game fresh, like testdrive unlimited, froza 2 etc.


sorry about that rant, as for the game itself, as expected its up to standard. graphics are great and they made the levels potentially longer depending on how you go-about completing the mission.only done a few levels but seems very impressive. Has anyone tried online multiplayer yet?

You know I completely agree with you. It is wrong that they make more money out of us by offering all these gimmicks. I am completely against that.

The part that upsets me is that they know by the time the game is release exactly how they are going to rip us of.

I'm on the side of quality not quantity.

I've also noticed while playing "Tiger woods 08" EA can't help but advertise their games of late in this case the "Simpson's - yet, and here's the kicker - they can't/won't fix the glitches in the game..I guess making money is high priority not consumer satisfaction.
