according to this article WorthPlaying - UT3 it seems that the ps3 version of unreal is equivalent to the pc version I don't think there has been a time that consoles were up to the same level as Pc gaming looks times are changing? or is it just a once off?

I'm not interested in UT3. It's way too fast paced for me.

I've been thinking about getting it but I've never played UT before and am not sure if I'll l it. I might order it over xmas if I get bored.

Yep I heard about it...they are identical...I think I'll buy it over Christmas with the money I get.All ps3 games are region free so it should be easy

I have it on PC, looks amazing but gets old fast. Its just UT with bells on.

according to these guys the ps3 version looks like the game being run on a low end pc YouTube - Unreal Tournament 3(for PS3)

Believe me...I wouldn't trust 1up. Every site (except for IGN) has an allegiance to a certain console.1up, Gamespot,Xbox360fanboy are all Xbox sites. SDF,Threespeech etc. are Ps3 sites ...the game is meant to look excellet on Ps3....I don't know if I'm gonna order it though

i highly doubt mark rein would have walked into 1up and handed them ut3 for the ps3 if they were biased towards the 360 . that would be like shooting themselves in the foot

It happens...since they aren't solely an Xbox review site they have the same access to review copies as all other multi-platform titles.Look at gamespot.Gave 10/10 to Halo 3 and gave bad scores to other Ps3 titles that were actually great
