The new Zephyr has been confirmed in Game Informer magazine.They got the exclusivity rights to announce it.
It has digital output with hdmi,120gb hard drive, smaller cpu and its black...

If they don't offer an upgrade path then I'm out...I have more than enough 360 junk to trade in and get a Ps3 with game.
I feel more sorry for people who have just bought a 360 and now have been cheated.
Microsoft have gone way down in my ranks...

Well im pretty happy with my console at the moment and i see no need to buy this new 360, so im not going to tell microsoft to go fcuk themselves! Im saying thank you for the quality system that I have right now.

At least they are bringing out new ideas. It would be very nice of them though if they offered us 360 owners the chance to upgrade at a very reduced price but i dont think that will happen any time soon. The added hdmi would be a nice feature and then of course the bigger hard drive but i dont think i would fill it with the current content available from xbox live.

I'll be annoyed if it only costs 400 Euro!

I believe it will retail for 480 Euro which I wouldn't pay for it.

However I think they wanted to do this to steal the PS3's thunder a bit. They want to be the newest product around again or get that image and attract some of the high tech crowd that will buy the PS3 so they are releasing this for those reasons.

It isn't really a f**k U to the current users as it is more expensive and probably only viable to release now given the cost of production of the unit. Otherwise they'd be loosing money left, right and centre like Sony ATM.
