Correct me if I'm wrong but would it not be possible to hack a memory card so that you can connect a usb cable to it. This would allow you to save files to a external harddrive and at the same time you wouldnt void you warranty because you never open the 360 case?

The memory has to be formatted to a certain format.You can do it if you buy a Sata Hard Drive and format it.
