A bit of a vampire theme to tonights movies. I watched:

Blade II - I really like this movie, great action and great character. Shame about the third one.

John Carpenter's Vampires - abysmal. What happened to Carpenter's mojo?

Blade and Blade 2, were great however Blade 3 was meant to introduce a spin off film with Jessica Biel and Ryan Reynolds as the main charachters hence thats why it was shite.

Oldboy is great but its twisted.....me and my friend left the cinema disturbed after it!The guy who directed them is great ,its like you expect the movie to be one thing and then its completly diffrent.

Brim I was wondering that but obivously loads of people went to see it even though it was muck.

Was watching falling down tonight, I love this movie just so many good bits.

Viewer Discretion is advised, contains voilent imagery and swear words blah blah blah.

I'm gonna try to buy OldBoy tommorrow, cheers for the recommendation!

Underworld - not the worst vampire movie around, how could it be with Kate Beckinsale in black leather?

A Scanner Darkly - starts off slow but give it a chance as it is a very good movie.

The Day After Tommorrow - I hadn't seen it in a long time and it was enjoyable seeing it again.

Letters from Iwo Jima - a superb film. It is better than it's companion piece, Flags of Our Fathers. Letters is a much more simple film and doesn't get bogged down with trying to tell the story across three time periods.
