I think its important to remember that this is indeed work in progress and all opinions on graphics at this early stage on it being a clone of the finished product according to some, should take a back seat for the here and now, at least developer Frank O’Connor has confirmed as much that Bungie have not finished touching up the cosmetic side of the multiplayer...

You kinda need a HDTV to see the GFX's. Look closely at Spartans armour and you can see every nick and scratch.

I think it looks like Halo and feels like Halo which is just fine for its fan base, but i am not overly impressed by it so far as in the WOW factor, but give it time we will see...

i like the beta it looks pretty damn good for a beta
but you cant make final judgments on a beta.
