What kind of DLC are you expecting for GTA?

I can't imagine that we will get something amazing like a new city or a return to Vice City for instance. I suppose they could add in some countryside to explore but I really doubt we will get any new areas. I'd say the bulk of money that MS handed over to Rockstar was to guarantee exclusivity rather than huge amounts of content.

In many of the reports that surfaced after the release of GTA the developers were quoted as saying they would now start work on the DLC. Between now and 'the Fall' there isn't much time to create that much new content. I suppose that means we would be left with the addition of new characters into Liberty City to provide new missions for Niko.

Unless of course I'm way off as I've yet to finish the game and for all I know Niko dies at the end and Liberty City is destroyed. No need for extra missions in that case.

There's rumors floating around that we might see a return back to San Andreas. Source: GTAForums.com -> SPOILER? Possible 'Sequel'?

Personally, I would like a complete new map that's completely different to Liberty City also, a flamethrower and chainsaw

Maybe introduce previous characters like Tommy Vercetti etc

We won't get San Andreas but its also important to note that R* aren't known to do things in halves!

I'd expect a big world, what we'll see, I don't know. It will be possible in such a short time as they don't have to worry about distribution to stores or creation of discs/boxart etc... and they have the game engine built so they will generate a new world relatively easily IMO. However we shouldn't expect too many new vehicles or changes to the physics etc...

I maybe wrong but I expect to be wowed by it
