So now that we've all had a fair bit of time to play GTA IV I think most of us will agree that it has been worth the wait and is an excellent game. However, there must be some things that annoy you about the game, so let's air some grievances.

No replay feature - I never really used the feature in Halo 3 but I could see that it was amazing piece of work by the developers. Imagine how many cool moments this system would have captured in GTA.

No MP3 player - Why doesn't Niko have some sort of MP3 player to listen to while walking?

Multiplayer lobby - When you get the message that you were unable to connect to a multiplayer game you are dumped back into the single player game rather than back to the lobby. Why? I also find if this happens I won't be able to connect to a multiplayer game unless I quit the game and start again.

More leeway in missions - I hate missions where I have to chase a target, especially on a motorbike. I've tried to use cars to block a street before starting the mission but once you do start the cars disappear.

Hunting the pigeons!!

Having 49/50 Stunt Jumps after using a map and having to go over them again to get the last one!!


Most of the chases have to lead you somewhere before you can actually kill them!!

Yeah that is really annoying. Firing a round from an SMG into a guy on a motorbike whose only protection is a light t-shirt/shirt to find that its made of fooking special, flexible titanium alloy is really annoying!

Also the fact that chasing missions are scripted sequences so a car crash happens and if you fail the mission and restart it, the same car crash happens so it was only put there to trip you up. In a world that is great because of its randomness, I find scripted sequences like that annoying. I'd rather if it was just random and the car crash happened randomly one time but not the next time.

I find it very dark at time and you can't see where your going. On the scripted chases I was doing the one where you have to kill the guy at the train station. He ran to the other side and down the stairs. I followed after killing his friend. He jumps in the car and crashes it straight away while try to turn it around and I just pump it full of lead. Not sure that was what was supposed to happen

It is very dark at times and there are lots of jaggies at times too.

I see the random events like that as positives TBH. I fooking hate scripted sequences in GTA. I love it when something random like that happens

I know most of you really like this game but I think the controls in general just suck. Played it for about an hour, got frustrated and just left it there.

The MP3 player thing could be introduced in a downloadable patch, I dunno, email rockstar if you want it, feedback often makes a differance.

I dont like the music in it. I normally switch the radio off as soon as I get in the car.
I dont like having Y to leaave a car either because I press it to look back and land on my head dying lol.
