Saw this thread on boards.ie on how to buy cheap Live subs. Its if you've never used Live before though as it tricks them into thinking your in the US so your account is registered as US and then you can buy directly from the US store.

I might give it at try if I can use my 360 on the wireless in my new house.

I was in Athlone last wednesday in the Golden Island Shopping centre went into gamestop it had the usual stuff so i said i would check out the old xbox games ...........Found FIFA2005 in the buy one get one free section for €7.50 wwoooww you say so what ....but it came with 12month live subscripton and a usb headset and they had 2 so thats 2years xbox live gold for 7.50 ssswwwweetttt deal.... Keep an eye out for these in stores this is the third time i found them......My subscripton ran out last night yes they do work

Thats a similar deal to what I got. I paid €13 for mine in Game and it came with PGR2 and the headset. Much cheaper than buying the subscription direct from Microsoft
