What's the story if we want to trade in games?

To trade in games you fill out a form on our site - we email you back a reference number and trade in quotation. If your happy to accept the quotation or a part of the quotation you email us back what you are sending. Post the game(s) into us at the provided address. ( you get a postage allowance to cover your postage costs ) Once we receive them and test credit is issued to your account or a cheque is posted out to you if you have specified a cash trade in.

We make a point of offering the best trade in value possible for your games. You will never experience that sinking feeling that is being given €5.00 for a game only to see it on sale at €35.00 the next day There are full details on the site.

Well I just don't like the Yellow background colour.

Well I got me ICO yesterday, so posting was fast enough.

Its a very good site, but yous need more stock.

I want to get Super Mario Galaxy for Wii. Game didn't have it and I checked the site and couldn't find it either. I know you only display what you have and your probably getting more in stock but users can't see that which is the only problem with the system at the moment as I like knowing if you actually have something in stock or not.

Also since I can pay with laser on your site, I don't know if it'd be worth your while since most people probably pay with credit cards but if you had Wii points and Ms points in stock, I'd order them from ye too.

It might not pay you to do that though as people can order from Ms and Nintendo with credit cards. Not sure but might be something to have a look at.

We add new products every week - The previous few months for gamesnash have been basically a test to see if there is room for an Irish based online retailer - being based in Ireland has great advantages for shipping times and being able to accept laser card payments has been a big draw. We've been very happy with the response and now will be rolling out an expanded product range to include a wider games catalogue / consoles / accessories etc. Of course as our trade in service becomes more widely known we would expect to see a vast range of pre owned games on the site in the coming months.

Will you guys be expanding into hardware such as controllers/wireless for 360 etc...?

Hopefully at better prices than Irish retailers for the wireless card who are a complete rip off. I use ICS through my laptop because I refuse to pay that much for a wireless card that costs 30 Euro for one for Pc.

Play and Charge kits and things like that would also be useful as people would buy those things online if it was cheaper than retail.

A question to do with shipping on pre orders.

If say I was to pre-order a game that was due out. would you you post it a day or 2 before so that id receive it the day it was out or do you post it the day it comes out?
