lots of rumors about price drops.. but it appears MS are going to drop the xbox price in north america on sept 7th.

Standard arcade 199 dollars

Pro ( 60 gig ) 299 dollars

Elite 399 dollars

This make the arcade cheaper than a wii in some stores, although theres no evidence this will filter through to europe any time some, it usally does..

Didn't we get that drop already? arcade is $200 and its €200 here. Obviously we won't get the exchange rate price..

There is a report here on a price drop for the Xbox 360 in the UK. I guess if they get a price drop it will be reflected here too.

At these prices you would e mad not to have a 360. A cutting edge console for cheap and a lot of games that could be got cheap!

all three consoles go down on friday.. i meant to post.. forgot

even the elites droped.. but unless you intend to never delete i'd say 60gigs would do most.. even with the new dash game upload system. ;o)
