I downloaded the demo for Lego Indiana Jones earlier today. It was only 600MB so I thought I'd take the chance.

I thought it was great. I used to love playing with Lego when I was younger and I love the Indiana Jones movies so it was the perfect combination for me. The opening cut scene reenacts several of the key scenes from the movies in great detail and with a great deal of charm. The level in the demo is the opening section of Raiders. There are so many little touches that really add to the quality of the game - such as the fact that they don't reveal Indiana's face for a while, waiting for a cool reveal. Just like the movie.

I liked the way that you could switch between Indy and another character that follows you around. In the demo it is Satipo. The puzzles are pretty simple but I suspect they get a little trickier further in the game. There is a big emphasis on collecting items and there is a lot of hidden items and paths to find.

I had a good bit of fun with it but I don't think enough to buy it. There is one big problem I found and that is that sometimes it is difficult to see where the platforms are that you can jump onto. It got a bit frustrating in the demo so I can only imagine what it would be like going through the full game.

I just got it for teh DS was easier and I can play it on the go great game too
