Ahhh Achievements. I sometimes love them and others hate them. I usually play games cause a I like them. But it is very easy to get caught up in the achievements race.

I have played stupid silly games cause I rented them and found the achievements very easy. At the end I was just glad to send the game back.

On the other hand I have gotten much more enjoyment out of some games cause I felt I had something to achieve.

I played and finished Frontlines and Army of Two but keep going back to them for the extra achievements.

So, They are good if they supply re-playability to a game, but they are a pain when you keep going back to bad games just for the score. I'm sure I will grow up some day and realise achievements mean nothing.

But I do love to see that symbol pop up.
