Are any of these any good? I like the look of Psychonauts and Pirates but are they worth my 1200 MS Points? Also whats the story with achievements, are there any?

No achievements I'm afraid. If you really wanted the games you could easily but them alot cheaper in shops, ebay etc

You're right there. I found both preowned in GAME today but didnt bother I think Ill just get Shivering Isles or something. Thanks anyway

I don't think too many of them looked that great...Halo: CE obviously, but I'm guessing you already have that game. The other one that looked somewtah promising to me was Crash Bandicoot, but I've always been a fan of that series. Not sire if it floats your boat though. :P
